Heather is a teacher and NEC member of the NEU . Heather is a trustee for The Teachers Pensions Scheme Pension Board and the NEU Trust.
Heather has growing experience of the NEUPS and is committed to providing the necessary oversight to secure members best interests and employers responsibilities .
Heather aims to be informed and accountable in governance so future investments and management provide a strong future for this scheme .
Heather is also a trustee and counsellor for a local rape crisis organisation -and remain committed to supporting women in achieving real equality in their working and personal lives .
