Nick is the current NEU Lead Officer – Pensions and has worked for the NUT and then NEU since 2007 in a pensions role. He is a member nominated trustee and was previously a member nominated trustee of the NUT staff pension scheme

Natalie has worked in the pensions industry since 2009, starting her actuarial career with First Actuarial. As well as supporting trustees and employers to help them run their pension schemes, Natalie is also a senior member of First Actuarial’s financial wellbeing team, helping individuals to make the most of their pensions and finances.

Before taking on the Scheme Actuary role for the NEUPS, Natalie has worked with the Scheme for many years to support previous Scheme Actuaries and the Trustees.

James is an investment consultant and a part-qualified actuary with over 13 years’ experience in the pensions industry. James is a the lead investment adviser to many schemes (both DB and DC) and is knowledgeable in tailoring investment solutions to schemes of various sizes. James is highly organised and enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple terms. James also runs our Investment Trustee Training sessions for Trustees.
