If you are eligible for Pension Credit for at least one day next week (between 16 September and 22 September 2024) you will also automatically be eligible for a Winter Fuel Payment for this winter. The Winter Fuel Payment may be worth up to £300 depending on the age of your household.

If you are entitled to Pension Credit, but haven’t yet claimed, you may still be eligible to make a backdated claim until 21 December 2024.
